Charlotte's Woman of the Year

WBT, a radio station located in Charlotte, North Carolina, sponsored the Charlotte Woman of the Year Award from 1955 until 1990. The award was created to highlight the women who played a role in contributing to Charlotte’s development through philanthropy and public service.
